The TURBOTEC CryoFan-200

Introducing the TURBOTEC CryoFan-200. This high speed blower is designed for transporting cold nitrogen gas in an industrial cryogenic cycle, such as a tunnel freezer, a chiller, or industrial cryogenic nitrogen based refrigeration cycle.

Specifications:

  • Mass flow rate: 200 g/s (0.44 lb/s)
  • Pressure increase: 50 kPa or 0.5 bar (7.25 psi)
  • Design inlet temperature: -15°C (5°F)
  • Minimum possible inlet temperature: -50°C (-58°F)

The TURBOTEC CryoFan-2000

Introducing the TURBOTEC CryoFan-2000. This high speed fan is a larger, axial flow version of the CryoFan-200. It is designed for transporting cold nitrogen gas in a cryogenic freezing tunnel for the food and beverage industry. It has a wide variety of different applications, such as other types of industrial freezers, chillers, or other industrial cryogenic nitrogen based refrigeration cycles.

Specifications:

  • Pressure increase of 600 Pa and mass flow rate of 850 g/s @ 7000 RPM
  • Pressure increase of 150 Pa and mass flow rate of 1700 g/s @ 14000 RPM
  • Design operating temperature: -50°C (-58°F)
  • Minimum possible operating temperature: -100°C (-148°F)
